Gundam 00 season 2 episode 19: Gundam 00 s2 ep 19 (s02e19)

Another exciting episode comes to us this week in Gundam 00 season 2 episode 19 / Gundam 00 s2 ep 19. Has it been a week already since we saw the Celestial Being and their minions struggle and endure attacks from the A-Laws? Yes, it is and we should be ready for another installment full of action from the Gundams as the Ptolemy crew gets ready to take back Veda. This was what we witnessed at the end of the previous episode. For this week's installment entitled "Shadow of the Innovators" (Inobeitā no Kage (イノベイターの影)), no preview summary has been released as always. However, unlike other episodes in the past weeks, a preview video clip of Gundam 00 s2 ep 19 / Gundam 00 season episode 19 turned up at YouTube. I have posted a copy of it below. It is a short but one that we have to be content with for now.

The full episode video stream Gundam 00 season 2 episode will be available right after the airing of the episode this weekend. At first, a raw or Japanese version will be out. However, after a couple of days of translation, the Gundam 00 s2 ep 19 English sub will be out. Watch out for it.

Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day or Saint Valentine's Day is a holiday celebrated on February 14 by many people throughout the world. In the West, it is the traditional day on which lovers express their love for each other by sending Valentine's cards, presenting flowers, or offering confectionery. The day was originally a pagan festival that was renamed after two Early Christian martyrs named Valentine. The day became associated with romantic love in the circle of Geoffrey Chaucer in the High Middle Ages, when the tradition of courtly love flourished.

The day is most closely associated with the mutual exchange of love notes in the form of "valentines." Modern Valentine symbols include the heart-shaped outline, doves, and the figure of the winged Cupid. Since the 19th century, handwritten notes have largely given way to mass-produced greeting cards. The sending of Valentines was a fashion in nineteenth-century Great Britain, and, in 1847, Esther Howland developed a successful business in her Worcester, Massachusetts home with hand-made Valentine cards based on British models. The popularity of Valentine cards in 19th-century America was a harbinger of the future commercialization of holidays in the United States.

The U.S. Greeting Card Association estimates that approximately one billion valentines are sent each year worldwide, making the day the second largest card-sending holiday of the year, behind Christmas. The association estimates that, in the US, men spend in average twice as much money as women.

Nicollette Sheridan leaving Desperate Housewives this year

Edie Britt will no longer be with us next season as Nicollette Sheridan is leaving Desperate Housewives this year. After the announcement that Katherine Heigl and TR Knight will leave Grey's Anatomy comes this piece of similar news. ABC made the announcement recently.

Sheridan, who has been with Desperate Housewives since the series debuted five seasons ago plays sexy vamp Edie Britt in the show, often a source of trouble and scandal. But sadly, it looks like the creators of the dramedy are set to inject something new for next season and this is the reason why Edie Britt

will be leaving. They did the same thing with the five-year jump in the show's story last season. However, it is not clear how Edie Britt will go. Nothing in the statement made by creator Marc Cherry in an interview earlier this year mentioned the reason why, although he had already made hints as early as then that Nicollette Sheridan will be leaving, saying that her actions "will have devastating consequences for her and lead to a shocking conclusion to her time on Wisteria Lane."

There are reports of an accident Edie will face towards the end of the season. It is rumored that Edie will find out that her husband has plans to kill her. As she hurriedly makes her escape, she hits an electric pole and dies. What a way to go for Edie if this "leak" is true. This will reportedly happen towards the end of the season. Chris Brown speaks: Chris Brown's new Facebook message

Chris Brown has finally "spoken" through a message on his Facebook page. Yes, he has a Facebook account, using his complete name Christopher Maurice Brown as opposed to the "Chris Brown" pages his fans have set up. After almost a week of silence from both camps, with no confirmation nor denial about the assault issue, at least one side is now talking.

Chris Brown has been taking a beating in the press - online, in print and broadcast media - regarding the alleged beating Rihanna suffered in his hands. But now, some of the details (at least according to him) are starting to come out. In his private Facebook

page, he posted this brief (very brief!) message: "You'll begin to see her true colors. Believe it!" Not only that. He has also confirmed his split with Rihanna by changing his status to "Single".

According to reports, one more noticeable feature of his private Facebook page is the new profile photo it is now sporting. Chris Brown can be seen smiling and hugging a brunette. Who is this brunette? Is this the girl Rihanna was jealous about? Is she the cause of the fight which led to the alleged beating? No one knows. But one of these days we'll surely find out.

According rumors, Rihanna has been suspecting that Chris Brown was cheating on her. One article I read even reported that the "Umbrella" hitmaker hired a PI to follow Chris whenever she could be with him on concert tours. Rumors also point to this jealousy as the trigger of the fight that led to the alleged assault. Chris Brown allegedly received a text message from a woman that night he and Rihanna were together and that sparked the fight.

Will Rihanna make a reply via her Facebook or MySpace page? Let's wait and see.

Dollhouse premiere: Ghost, Dollhouse episode 1 w/ Eliza Dushku

After a long wait, Joss Whedon's Dollhouse premieres this week with episode 1 of what promises to be another great series from the brains behind "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" and "Angel". Eliza Dushku, who also worked with Whedon in the two aforementioned series, stars as Echo, one of a group of individuals known as "Actives" or "Dolls". In this American science fiction television program, these Actives are programmable persons whose memories can wiped out clean and reprogrammed according to the task that is assigned to them. They are hired for every particular job imaginable - good deeds, crimes and even fantasies. These Dolls are then monitored carefully until an

assigned job is done after which they are again cleaned out ready for another undertaking. In between jobs, they are kept in a futuristic "dormitory" called a Dollhouse.

Echo (Eliza Dushku) is one of these Dolls. The story will also follow the lives of several other Dolls as well as their handlers. Dollhouse premieres this Friday. In Dollhouse, Eliza Dushku plays a young woman called Echo, a member of a group of people known as "Actives" or "Dolls." The Dolls have had their personalities wiped clean so they can be imprinted with any number of new personas, including memory, muscle memory, skills, and language, for different assignments. They're then hired out for particular jobs, crimes, fantasies, and occasional good deeds. On missions, Actives are monitored internally (and remotely) by Handlers. In between tasks, they are mind-wiped into a child-like state and live in a futuristic dormitory/laboratory, a hidden facility nicknamed "The Dollhouse". The story follows Echo, who begins, in her mind-wiped state, to become self-aware.

Beyond Dushku's character, the show will also revolve around the people who run the mysterious "Dollhouse" and two other "Dolls", Victor and Sierra, who are friendly with Echo (the names are simply letters in the phonetic alphabet). Although the Actives are ostensibly volunteers, the operation is highly illegal and under constant threat on one end from Paul Ballard, a determined federal agent who has heard a rumor about the Dolls, and an insane rogue Active on the other.

Echo is one of the "Actives" in the elite and illegal Dollhouse. Through different personality downloads, she plays the role of a lovestruck girl on a romantic weekend, and then a ruthlessly efficient kidnapping negotiator. Meanwhile, FBI Agent Paul Ballard is struggling with his assignment to uncover information on the Dollhouse. The chase has destroyed his marriage and is wrecking his career, and it doesn't seem that he'll stop until he uncovers the truth.

Ghost Whisperer season 4 episode 15: Ghost Whisperer 4.15

"Greek Tragedy" is the title of this week's ghost Whisperer season 4 episode 15 / Ghost Whisperer s0415 installment but it's not about Greece nor does it happen anywhere near that country. It centers around a sorority hazing, that's why. After a secret initiation ceremony, one of the girls goes missing and Melinda helps in the investigation. However, she encounters another wandering spirit in the process - that of a another girl who suffered a similar fate more than 40 years ago. Melinda must then see how she can help this ghost and bring closure to her existence, and solve the missing girl case at the same time. Ghost Whisperer 4.15 / Ghost Whisperer "Greek Tragedy" promises to

be another dramatic yet creepy installment of the series. It airs this Friday so don't miss it.

NAACP Image Awards: 2009 NAACP Image Awards winners

The 2009 NAACP Image Awards were handed out recently honoring the contribution of people of color in the arts. Big winners this year at "The Secret Life of Bees" in the motion picture category and "Tyler Perry's House of Payne" in the television category. Also pocketing a number of recognitions in this year's NAACP Image Awards were Grey's Anatomy, The Young and The Restless and American Idol for television while Will Smith's "Seven Pounds" came in a close second in the motion picture category.

Notable individual winners this year are Will Smith and Rosario Dawson for "Seven Pounds",

Chandra Wilson for "Grey's Anatomy", LeVan Davis for "Tyler Perry's House of Payne" and Tracee Ellis Ross for "Girlfriends". Slumdog Millionaire, the heavy favorite in this year's Academy Awards coming up next next, was also honored as the most outstanding independent motion picture.

The NAACP Image Awards is an award presented annually by the American National Association for the Advancement of Colored People to honor outstanding people of color in film, television, music, and literature.

Similar to other awards, like the Oscars and the Grammys, the 35 categories of Image Awards are voted on by members of the NAACP. There are also honorary awards, including the President's Award, the Chairman's Award, Entertainer of the Year and The Image Award Hall of Fame.

The awards were first presented in 1969. The awards series, normally broadcast with tape delay and aired by Fox Network, was broadcast live for the first time in 2007 for the 38th edition of the awards show. It was first nationally televised in 1974.

Miley Cyrus lawsuit: Miley Cyrus sued over slant-eye picture

Don't look now but Miley Cyrus is being sued. Yup, a lawsuit has been filed against teen sensation Miley Cyrus (aka Hannah Montana) over the "racist" slant-eye picture that was released on the web several days ago. But that's not the end of it. If you think the lawsuit is insane, wait till you hear how much is being claimed - about $4 billion in damages, at least! Did you fall off your chair with that one? He he.

A woman from Los Angeles has filed a class action lawsuit against Miley Cyrus over the "discriminatory" slant-eye pictures that the Hannah Montana star was in. Lucie J. Kim (the surname sounds

Korean) claims Miley Cyrus' photo was racist and victimized more than a million people of Asian Pacific Islander descent in the Los Angeles area. As such, each individual is entitled to damages amounting to $4,000, and that's $4 billion in total! Here's an excerpt from TMZ who first reported the issue:

Lucie J. Kim claims to represent more than 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who live in L.A. County. Kim claims when Cyrus posed for the photo, she "knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life, specifically TMZ."

Kim says in the suit, filed Wednesday in L.A. County Superior Court, that each Asian Pacific Islander is entitled to the minimum damages for a civil rights violation -- $4,000. Add it up -- $4 billion!

This issue has been covered with an entry in this blog earlier and, as I wrote in that post, my personal opinion is that the picture wasn't racist. And that's coming from an Asian. However, other people may have felt otherwise. Still, there is no reason to blelieve that Miley Cyrus and her friends "willfully" slurred Asians by posing as such in the photo. From the looks of it, they were just kids having fun.

This lawsuit is insane! And the amount involved is even more outrageous. I don't think this case will even prosper because of the amount being asked for. Though Miley Cyrus has made a second apology regarding the pictures, certain individuals are still trying to milk this issue for what it's worth.

Another investigative drama comes to us this week in "Deep Fried and Minty Fresh", CSI season 9 episode 13 / CSI episode 9.13. What will the elite Crime Scene Investigation team work on this week? They tackle another murder but this time in a fast food restaurant. However, to their dismay, they find that much of the evidence is coated in cooking oil! Is this a ploy of the murder to avoid detection? Or is this a clue to the crime? How will the CSI team overcome this challenge? These will all be answered when CSI "Deep Fried and Minty Fresh" airs this week on its regular Thursday time slot. Most of the other television shows have taken a break (some for even a month) but it's good to

Episode Recap: Lecture Circuit, The Office season 5 episode 14

The Scranton branch has been outperforming in sales compared to the other regional branches. As a result, David is sending Michael on a tour to speak to the other branches about his leadership and why Scranton has come out on top. He takes Pam with him as his "hot roadie" while hitting the lecture circuit.

Back at the office, Jim and Dwight say hello to Kelly and get a cold reply of "screw you!" in return. Phyllis alerts the guys they forgot about Kelly's birthday the day before. It's important for Jim and Dwight to remember -- they are the newly appointed party planning committee chairs since Angela and Phyllis had to step down. Kelly sums it up that the people in the office are just mean to the "hot, popular girl."

The first stop on the lecture circuit is Utica, Karen's branch. Pam is a bit nervous meeting up with Karen, given the recent history between the women and Jim. When Karen greets them, they notice she's very pregnant with a baby that Michael suspects to be Jim's. A suspicion that Karen is quick to deny, but Pam still feels awkward.

Michael speaks to his audience by first insulting them with nicknames he has created for them. Karen cuts Michael off and asks to see him in her office, before the lecture can continue. Michael summons Pam to follow him.

Andy spots Stanley with a beautiful client, Julia, in the office. Now that Andy is a single man, he is determined to woo Julia, even in front of Stanley. Stanley takes Andy aside to tell him he's making a fool out of both of them. Andy insists that Stanley set him up with Julia and Stanley agrees, only if Andy gives up two clients for her.

Karen asks Michael to just put his lecture into an email so she can circulate it to her team. Michael then asks about her baby's father, or as he puts it, her "sperm machine." Karen tells Pam and Michael she's married now and very happy and asks about Jim. Pam tells Karen that she's engaged to Jim and Karen responds with a big hug and smile. Michael points out that "old hatred dissolves into new friendships."

Andy continues to flirt with his new client Julia. He finds out she doesn't have a boyfriend and is about to make a move. But before he can, he goes to Creed for some advice. Creed tells him to just go in for the kiss. Andy thinks it's a big risk, but then realizes Creed thinks he's talking to Jim. Andy walks Julia out to her car and tries to kiss her, but she rejects his advances.

Pam tells Michael she feels closure since talking to Karen. Pam's statement has Michael thinking about Holly, the love of his life. Michael now wants to drive up to Nashua to get closure. Pam encourages Michael to do so and turns the car around to head to New Hampshire.

Joaquin Phoenix was on Letterman to promote his new movie "Two Lovers" which is showing soon. As part of an actor's responsibility in a film, he is obligated to promote the movie in talk shows such as this.

However, it was obvious that Joaquin Phoenix was not happy to be there. He just mumbled a few words to many of David Letterman's questions. It must have been frustrating for Letterman.

This is one of the first (and maybe last) appearances of Joaquin Phoenix on television ever since he made the announcement that he was going to ditch his acting career for rap music - an announcement that many skeptics thought was just a hoax. In fact, many bloggers think this bizarre Letterman appearance is part of that hoax. I don't blame them after watching this clip. On the other hand, there are some who think that Joaquin was on drugs last night. The web is deluged with searches for "joaquin phoenix drugs" and "joaquin phoenix on drugs". I don't blame them either. His behavior on the show was just bizarre.

Joanna Pacitti disqualified: American Idol disqualifies Joanna Pacitti

Hours after the 2009 America Idol season 8 top 36 were announced, Joanna Pacitti was disqualified from the competition. FOX made the announcement but gave no specific reason for the disqualification of one of this year's favorites for the title. Joanna Pacitti's name always comes up in articles predicting this year's winner and the disqualification will be disappointing to her followers. One the other hand, many viewers of American Idol 8 will call it justice. The show has reportedly received a lot of complaints ever since Pacitti received a golden ticket in the auditions for they question her eligibility in the competition. Joanna Pacitti has enjoyed a long musical career ever since landing the title role

of Annie in the musical's off-Broadway revival when she was 12. Though she never made to to Broadway, she has reportedly made close a hundred performances as the precocious tyke. She has also landed a recording contract with A&M Records and her vocal has appeared in several soundtracks to big screen movies. Thus, her amateur status for American Idol has continually been questioned.

We can only speculate that this is the reason behind her disqualification as FOX didn't give out any. "It has been determined that Joanna Pacitti is ineligible to continue in the competition." Wikipedia has also confirmed Joanna Pacitti's American Idol 8 disqualification with the following entry on the hopeful:

Pacitti auditioned for season 8 of American Idol in Louisville, Kentucky, in an episode which aired on 21 January 2009. She passed the audition into the Hollywood round. Pacitti's past accomplishment have stirred debate about whether American Idol contestants should be strictly amateur performers. Even though the program showed her getting into the top 36, she was eventually disqualified for unknown reasons.

Earlier in the season, new American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi defended Joanna pacitti's inclusion in the contest with this statement, "I do think it's fair because she's facing the same challenges and in some ways more challenges than some of the other contestants." However, producers must have realized that having had that experience is a distinct advantage for Pacitti and decided to kick her out. Madonna and Jesus Luz apparently met during the two's very provocative pictorial for a 46-page feature in the March issue of W Magazine. The issue is coming out soon but its main stars have "come out" earlier. The photos are taken by celebrated photographer Steven Klein.

A sneak peek of the Quentin Tarantino movie 'Inglourious Basterds' has been released recently by Entertainment Tonight preceding the official release of the trailer later this week. 'Inglourious Basterds' (once entitled 'Inglourious Bastards') is an upcoming ensemble war film/spaghetti western set for release in time for the Cannes Film Festival in May. According to The Hollywood Reporter, two story lines converge: One follows a group of prisoners-turned-soldiers whose mission is to take down a group of Nazis. This group is known as The Basterds. scoop: Katherine Heigl, TR Knight leaving Grey's Anatomy!

Katherine Heigl and TR Knight are definitely leaving Grey's Anatomy, the hit medical drama that was instrumental in making these two actors famous. This was confirmed by one of their co-stars in a recent ambush interview in Los Angeles. After months of rumors and speculation, inside information and "anonymous sources", it looks like the two actors from Grey's Anatomy are on their way out.

James Pickens, who plays DR. Richard Webber on the show, spilled the beans during a recent appearance at the NAACP Image Awards in Beverly Hills saying that Katherine Heigl is leaving Grey's Anatomy

for good. When reporters asked him about it, this was what he had to say, "Yes, she is. Wherever Katherine goes, I wish her nothing but the best." Apparently, Heigl is leaving to pursue other projects in the industry. This followed months of speculation that she is leaving after her refusal to put her name in for Emmy consideration and the time she has devoted more time to producing a film version of Carolyn Jessop's book Escape.

With regards to TR Knight, Pickens also confirmed his departure. "He's going too," Pickens continued. "He just wanted to pursue other career paths." This follows rumors that Knight has been asking producers to let him out of his contract. According to reports, Knight complains to Katherine Heigl a lot during taping and thinks his continued presence brings down the energy on the set.

No official word yet from the producers or writers of the show about these revelations from James Pickens. Although his word may be considered reliable, it will not be official until the creators of the series make an official announcement. Let's wait and see.

Rihanna herpes: beat up Rihanna gave Chris Brown herpes?

The drama in the Chris Brown Rihanna assault continues as media reports have confirmed that it really was Rihanna that the "With You" hit maker beat up. However, it is the alleged reason behind the beating that is taking center stage at the moment. Reports around the web have quoted anonymous sources close the Chris Brown alleging that the cause of the domestic violence was that Rihanna gave Chris brown herpes! Yes, that's right, herpes as in STD. What a shocker! If you fell off your chair with that one, be ready for more. And where did Rihanna get this disease? Allegedly, Rihanna got the herpes from Jay-Z! (You can faint now). Still, that's no reason to beat her up.

Meanwhile, reports around the web have described the injuries suffered by Rihanna during the domestic violence. Insider accounts have described the injuries as horrific, with Rihanna bruised on both side of her face (Rihanna black eye) - devastating proof of physical abuse. Law enforcement sources have now gotten specific with us... police took pictures of Rihanna's injuries and they are "horrific."

As we reported, the photos show major contusions on both sides of the singer's face -- there is serious swelling and bruising. Her lip is split and her nose bloody. We have now confirmed there are bite marks on one of her arms and on several fingers.

No official statements have yet been issued from both camps. Although there are many reports such as these all over the web, none of them have been officially confirmed as the Rihanna and Chris Brown camps are keeping quiet about it. Tune in for more.

Did you see rapper MIA's performance at the Grammys? It's the talk of the town, pregnant MIA at the Grammy Awards 2009! It was amazing to see her perform. Not only was her song well-applauded because of the amazing number she did with the Rap Pack - Lil Wayne, Kanye West, TI and Jay-Z - the way she strutted her stuff on stage was a sight to behold. And to think that she is nine months pregnant due to deliver any day now! Reportedly, people close to her were advising her to skip the Grammys because of her condition. She might pop open any minute! However, MIA (M.I.A.) would not miss the Grammys for anything. And I don't blame her. A number like that with the best rappers in the

business shouldn't be missed. Another sight to behold was her outrageous costume. Sure, it was over the top (a MIA signature) but it sure made headlines. That black and white polka dot outfit was unique. And you can even see those big white dots in the dark!

Looks like 2009 is MIA's year. And the 2009 Grammy Awards (pregnant and all) was just the beginning. With her Oscar nominations for her collaboration in one of Slumdog Millionaire's songs, who knows what the rest of the year hold for her. Let's wait and see.

Dr. Cox is overwhelmed with heavy loads of important tasks to complete whilst he takes on his new role as the Chief of Medicine: Sort out the nurse's schedule, look after his patient Craig and collect his son all in one day. In a busy mess, all the nurses are at work at one time, Craig is annoyed Dr. Cox has broken his promised, and Jordan gets Jack to pretend he was left at school. When Perry is talking to Jordan, she tells him he can ease up and give somethings up, like Dr. Kelso previously said. She also says that even if he can't pick Jack up, that he should try to fit in a bedtime story. In the next scene, we see Perry is handling all the tasks well, such as he allows Carla to sort out the Nurse's Schedule so they can get on, and he patches things up with Craig, but is slightly upset when he walks into Jack's room with a book, but Jack's already tucked in and asleep. Reassuringly, Jordan tells him he can always try again tomorrow.

During the day, Ted and his band, The Worthless Peons, are trying to get Dr. Cox to allow them permission to sing in Pediatrics, but Perry says no, and refers to the fact that a ukulele player named Stephanie already does that! When Ted, the Janitor and JD go to see her, Ted falls in love. Ted tries to talk to her, but he wusses out, so the Janitor and JD form a truce to get Ted and Stephanie together. Ted is reluctant, and says when he tries to talk to a girl so beautiful, he gets a very dry mouth. Even thinking of her, he gets one, and drinks the Janitor's Gum Tonic (Gin, Rum and Tonic). The Janitor and JD try throwing Ted in at the deep end, by putting him and Stephanie in an elevator together, but it doesn't work out, but when Ted leaves the elevator, he gets the courage to talk to her and ask to jam together with the help of his band. She likes them, and they jam together all night, even singing a song about how much they like each other, but it soon comes to Ted's attention that he can't talk to her without the group, so the Janitor tells him to always have them there. Ted agrees. Stephanie goes and invites Ted for coffee, so before he answers, he calls upon his band. Stephanie tells him that she just wants Ted, and he becomes nervous. As she's leaving, upset, Ted works up a lot of courage, and tells her how amazing she is. She likes this, and they leave for coffee. Over the end credits, we see Ted and Stephanie on a hospital bed, about to make out, but they stop just before they kiss. Stephanie asks why, and Ted says how it's not his fantasy, but JD's, and the camera turns to JD in the corner, waving. Ted eventually says he doesn't care and begins to take off his clothes to JD's horrible dislike.
