Joined Government Dental College as teaching faculty and promoted to the post of Professor and HOD and later became Principal of Government Dental College, Bangalore in 2001.

As a committed teacher and academician, he was involved in over all development of students in Academics, Sports and Culture to see them not only as a competent professionals but also a responsible citizens and a good human beings.

Being a strong believer in worshiping the mother institute, Government Dental College, Bangalore he succeeded in transforming Government Dental College into most modern Government Dental Institute in the country today.
