A new season of The Biggest Loser (season 7/The Biggest Loser Couples 2) premieres this week starting another season of drama and hard work for the eleven couples in their bid to lose the most percentage of weight, with teams and contestants voting out each other. The new season, according to earlier press releases by the network, marks several "firsts" with the series with the oldest, youngest, heaviest female and heaviest contestants in the history of the reality-based competition show. These firsts include the following: Estella Hayes, 63, and her husband, Gerald "Jerry" Hayes, also 63, are the oldest couple to ever participate in the show. Meanwhile, the youngest contestant to join the show is 18-year-old Mike Morelli whois coupled with his 54-year-old father, Ronald. The heaviest woman in the history of . The Biggest Loser, meanwhile, is Carla at 379 lbs, and the biggest player yet is Daniel at 454 lbs.
The Biggest Loser Couples 2 promises to be another exciting season as these heavyweights not only try their best to lose weight but outdo each other in the process as well. Who will survive?
