National Centre for Antarctic & Ocean Research ( NCAOR ) was formed on 25th May 1998. It is an Autonomous Society under the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Govt. of India, New Delhi which act as the nodal agency responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the Indian Polar Programme. Its head quarter is located in Vasco da Gama , Goa. NCAOR is also on its way to establishing a National Antarctic Data Centre and a Polar Museum, first of their kind in the country.

Executive Assistant ( Personal )
Pay scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800/- with GP of Rs. 4200/-
Age limit : Maximum 35 years of age.
Qualification : Candidate should be graduate and should posses a speed of 100 words per
minute in stenography (English or Hindi) and 40/30 words per minute in English/Hindi typing and also should be conversant with Computer Software Applications.
Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in a Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous / Research / Reputed Organization as Stenographer/PA.Executive Assistant ( Finance )
Pay scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800/- with GP of Rs. 4200/-
Age limit : Maximum 35 years of age.
Qualification : Candidate should be graduate in Commerce/Economics with the knowledge of GOI rules and regulations regarding service matters, budgeting, planning , salary administration, Provident Fund, etc.
Experience : At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory position in handling Finance and Accounts in a Govt./Semi-Govt./Scientific/Reputed organization.Junior Executive Assistant ( Library )
Pay scale : Rs. 5200 -20200/- with GP of Rs. 2800/-
Age limit : Maximum 30 years of age.
Qualification : Candidate should posses degree in Library Science with the knowledge of the latest information management technology
Experience : Experience as a librarian/library assistant in reputed Organization.Senior Office Assistant ( Steno )
Pay scale : Rs. 5200 -20200/- with GP of Rs. 2400/-
Age limit : Maximum 30 years of age.
Qualification : Candidate should posses degree and speed of 80 w.p.m in stenography (English / Hindi) and 40 w.p.m in English typing along with the knowledge of computer software applications and data entry operations.
Experience : Experience of working as a steno in a scientific organisation.Junior Office Assistant ( Administration )
Pay scale : Rs. 5200 -20200/- with GP of Rs. 1900/-
Age limit : Maximum 30 years of age.
Qualification : Candidate should have passed matriculation examination and should posses typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi and also should have the knowedge of computers.
Experience : Experience in data entry operations.
