Honestly, I think that his hand is closer to her arm than breast. Still, I'm sort of shocked that Hillary would have posed in such an off season outfit. Maybe he was just trying to pull it off. I heard that the same guy posed naked with a cut-out of Ayn Rand while they broke her fire place, but that's just a rumor.
