Indian Institute of Technology Delhi is one of the seven Institutes of Technology created as centers of excellence for higher training, research and development in science, engineering and technology in India. Established as College of Engineering in 1961, the Institute was later declared an Institution of National Importance under the "Institutes of Technology (Amendment) Act, 1963" and was renamed "Indian Institute of Technology Delhi". It was then accorded the status of a deemed university with powers to decide its own academic policy, to conduct its own examinations, and to award its own degrees.

Education: 1st class BE/ BTECH (Electronics, Electronics & Communication) with GATE qualification and relevant background in interfacing/ embedded system design.
Desired:
Candidates pursuing MS (R) in Elect. Engineering and relevant background in interfacing/ embedded system design will be preferred.
Project Title: Development of a wireless sensor network based automated feed uptake and animal development monitoring scheme for semi rural dairy operations.
Pay: Rs 12,000/- pm.
Fee Details: Demand draft of Rs. 50/- drawn preferably on SBI in favor of Dean (IRD).
